HAZEL THE BEAUTY RN CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

 

Your appointments are very important to us at Hazel The Beauty RN and this time is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and or rescheduling. This way, we do not miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and help another patient on our very busy waiting list. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fee.

In order to secure your appointment or consultation, a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE is required. This fee is credited towards your service. In booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the $300 non-refundable deposit fee.

Clients who cancel, reschedule, and/or no-show within less than 24 hours will result in a forfeit of their $300 deposit. All services and products are non-refundable. By continuing, you are consenting to the cancellation policy.
